February brings us 4 events about understanding more about who we are, why we do things and what we want. Life can seem complicated at times, but once we better understand our selves and each other it gets much easier!
The goal for all of the events is to create awareness. As we see things more clearly, we can stop reacting to triggers based on our patterns from the past and start responding to life based on our goals and dreams. The events are fun, affordable and relevant. We discuss important subjects in a relaxed setting that encourages open and honest discussion. Click on the Event Titles Below to Learn More! Responsibility refers to taking responsibility for our lives with the understanding that we have complete power and control over how we think, feel, speak, and act.
Our thoughts come from our mind. Our feelings come from our body and are based on our thoughts. The words that we speak come from our mouth, use of our voice, and are based on our thoughts and perceptions. Ultimately, we take actions based on all of the above. What this means is that regardless of what we may think, or how hard someone may try, nobody can make us think, feel, say, or do anything. That doesn't mean that their words and actions may not change our perceptions, but we get to decide that. Introductory - All 4 Events $50 - Individual events $20 Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday

How to trust again - February 8,9,10,11
Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday
6:30 Eastern & 6:30 Pacific Thursday 11:00 Pacific,2:00 Eastern, 7:00 GMT |
Trust: You cannot have a healthy relationship without it. And yet, virtually all of us can bring to mind a scenario where our trust has been broken.
But how do we develop trust in the first place? Can trust that’s been broken be rebuilt? As young children, we quickly learn to tell if someone is being untruthful. It may be that someone doesn’t follow through with their promises, or a parent makes threats they don’t follow through on. This form of self-protection evolved to help us survive, so nearly all of us are able to notice the “proverbial boy crying wolf”. As we grow older, we fine tune our expectations and behavior by learning not to trust an untruthful person. This helps us protect ourselves from being let down again, so when trying to develop trust in a new relationship, it’s important that we don’t say things that we won’t follow through with. Introductory - All 4 Events $50 - Individual events $20 People-pleasing without BOUNDARIES and we might become what people call a “doormat” and never being our true self. Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday

Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday
6:30 Eastern & 6:30 Pacific Thursday 11:00 Pacific,2:00 Eastern, 7:00 GMT |
Nature vs Nurture. Are there really differences in gender? Are they justified... or are they just excuses for desired behaviours.
Many people reject differences that are based on evolutionary biology and feel that the differences are based on culture and social environments. If we want to progress towards true equality, it’s important to first try to understand where theses inequalities came from and why they existed in the first place. Once we understand that, then we can make conscious choices to deal with them. Introductory - All 4 Events $50 - Individual events $20 Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday

Ok... we get it. Sometimes it’s hard to know what the other side wants in bed – especially when we get most of our sex information from watching sex online, questionable pop culture trends or friends who are also getting most of their sex moves from stuff they watch on the internet.
The goal with this event is to examine and share a few things that a lot of women might want to consider in the bedroom! Introductory - All 4 Events $50 - Individual events $20 Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday
