There are just a few things to do ahead of time to make the first event more efficient and to improve the overall experience. 


Step 1 - Do the Hexaco Assessment as per the instructions below. 


Step 2 - Score the "Traits assessment as per the instructions below.

Score yourself out of 5 for each of the statements to give yourself

a score out of 25 for each section and enter the total.


Add up your 4 numbers for a total score and then enter that total.
