The Growth phase includes 48 guided weekly sessions:

All 48 sessions remain available regardless of timing.
Missed sessions can be revisited in future rounds or alternative time slots.
Over 48 guided weekly sessions, you continue working with your patterns in real-life situations —
reinforcing healthier ways of responding until they begin to feel natural.
This phase is less about quick insight,
and more about repetition, consistency, reflection, and real-life application.
Through ongoing practice and shared discussion, awareness becomes easier to apply in the moment —
creating changes that stabilize over time.
